Boomslang Recordings drops a new release with a pair of tunes from NC-17, of RAM and Dispatch fame, that are complete monsters! This newly launched label from the states is making massive waves in the Drum and Bass pool and everyone should be keeping an eye out on what they’re doing.
Clockers feat. Jinx
Oh. My. Gosh. what a tune!!! The first time I heard this one I think I played it on repeat like 5 times. This one has been getting tons of play from Nicky Blackmarket, A-Sides, TC, Benny L, and tons more. It’s a super heavy tune that’s perfect for the peak of your sets. Even haters of the “fog horn” will love this one! Beautifully arranged, drums are on point, and so much energy!
Cemetery of Splendour
This one is such a nice compliment to Clockers. Deep low basslines give this tune tons of low end power and it’s clear why Marky, Aphrodite, and TREi have been championing this in their broadcasts as of late. This track is so dirty on the sub bass it made my studio shake.
This marks the 2nd release by newcomers Boomslang Recordings and we do not see them stopping now. With a massive EP set to drop in December by ESKR, who just released a monster on Play Me Records, and Heist’s Celestial with a Noize Komplaint remix following in January 2021, this label should be on everyones watch list moving forward.
NC-17 – Clockers feat. Jinx / Cemetery of Splendour is set to drop tomorrow, Friday the 13th (how fitting) at all major digital and streaming outlets worldwide.
