Brisbane Electro Swing Society and The Thursday Club present..

SWING BREAK! Once again the perveyors of the finest in Electro Swing, Swing Hop, & Ghetto Swing are rolling through town with their all swinging, all dancing, soul romancing good times spectacular.

Dust of those dancing shoes this Ekka Holiday Eve and get ready to take a trip back in time......Swing Break will be reliving the glory days of the 1930's where swing music reigned supreme, secret gin joints were buzzing with dapper gents and flappers flaunting their disdain for acceptable behaviour.

So what exactly do we have in store?


Headlining the show Mood Swing & Chevy Bass present their new electro swing band SWINGING SAFARI! This electric five piece band consisting of vocals, trumpet, sax, keys, electronic percusion and production is sure to get you shaking yo money maker like its 1939.
