Chinese Laundry’s December line-up is one of their biggest yet

    OzClubbers

It’s been a hell of a year for Chinese Laundry. Over the last 11 months, the beloved Sydney venue has welcomed artists such as Italian don Joseph Capriati, Nastia, Kayzo, Loudpvck, and Valentino Khan to the decks at Slip Street.

Their last line-up for the year is in, and it’s another big one. Local legend Kid Kenobi will be kicking things off for BASSIC at the start of the month, with Sydney’s Joyride and trombone trap act Alexander Lewis following in the weeks after. The last Saturday of the month will see a back-to-back takeover by Belgium’s Eptic and UK’s Trampa.

LNDRY meanwhile, have locked in Billy Kenny, Brisbane local Jordan Burns, and Terace for headlining duties for the opening weekend, with Campelphat, Kill Frenzy, and Kormack are set to appear the week after. The rest of the month sees appearances from Dirtybird head Justin Martin, Kolombo, Shiba San, and Melbourne favourite Dom Dolla

Not a bad way to finish off the year. Check out the full weekly line-ups below, and grab tickets here.

It’s finally comes, ladies and gentlemen. After their return at Qlimax last year, many rumours went out if Project One would come up with new music. After a while, this was somehow confirmed, but now we could say that the defenitive word is out.
Yesterday Headhunterz and Wildstylez both made a mysterious announcement. So, we better all prepare for a few brand new tracks of the couple. Now that Headhunterz has officially returned to hardstyle and Wildstylez is still producing in his studio, the gents have also decided to continue their act as Project One ‘. After the return at Qlimax 2016 and some gigs in foreign countries, it seems to be a matter of time before we will hear something of these two.
Headhunterz & Wildstylez tease their new Project One EP
What has been revealed yet, is that also Q-dance is involved according to the orange logo in the top left corner. Besides, the title in the artwork ‘Project One EP 1’ brings us some questions. Would this be just the beginning of a new series of EPs?

After the experience that was The Seekers of Light during ADE, The Gardens of Babylon (TGoB) returns to the Westerunie with an early Christmas gift featuring one of its original musical family members.
The dynamic duo of Britta Unders will return, almost a year to the day, for an all night affair, as an intimate gathering of TGoB family and friends. Reflecting on the success of the last year, which began at the venue with YokoO and led to a multi-date virtual takeover of this year’s Amsterdam Dance Event, TGoB reflect on those who have aided and been there since the beginning. With a larger International showing set for 2018, the Holiday gifts involve everyone.

This night will be broken down into four stages, each operating within its own part of the complete TGoB experience. Kicking things off will be an intimate musical program featuring TGoB favorite Akasha, for those joining from minute 1. Then, join spiritual collective The Dreaming for the event’s signature mass meditation, as well as a special poetry reading from seminal member Karla Woo. This leads into the opening of the official “XMas Comes Early” aspect, which includes Massage, Vintage Markets, Acts & Performances, Spiritual Guidance, Cleansing, and more to lead travellers through the night and into the year ahead. By 11pm, Britta Unders takes the stage and the rest is yet to be experienced.
