Exchange LA Makes History by Having 3 Female Headlining Shows In a Row

It is to no surprise that the music industry is male-dominated, with a majority of electronic music festival lineups still featuring mostly male headliners to this very day. While we have made huge steps in giving our female counterparts the spotlight and attention they deserve, we are still missing the mark in having equal representation across the world. Although there is no quick solution to this, there are people out there who are making a difference, and that is the downtown Los Angeles electronic music destination Exchange LA.

Widely known within the scene for booking diverse lineups for the lovers of bass to the strictest fans of four on the floor beats, Exchange holds a special place in both local and international attendees hearts. And this upcoming week, they will be featuring 3 female headlining shows in a row for the very first time starting with Charlotte De Witte this Saturday, followed by Anna Lunoe and Nora En Pure the following week. These shows are a symbol of the rise of women in both club culture as well as festivals since these 3 headliners, in particular, have been wildly successful in the past year.

Check out these upcoming shows, and click on the links below flyers to secure your tickets. Don’t miss out on what is definitely going to be a historical week for the Los Angeles venue!
