Godlands Brings Heroic Spirit With “Valour” on Dim Mak

Godlands has been raising chaos in the Australian bass music scene. 2018 saw Godlands conquering the stages at major festivals, such as Splendour In The Grass and Touch Bass. This time, she is back with her latest single with BOI via Dim Mak Records, “Valour,” continuing to carve a singular sonic construction of her own.

The track title epitomizes the spirit. Opening with a crooning female vocal, this genre-rattling stunner intricately weaves the caressing melodies and tantalizing trap beats together. In Godlands’s own words, the release aims at empowering listeners to face the demons and fight your own battle.

“It’s the first track I ever worked on with a vocalist in a studio. To be able to work with BOI was really inspirational, bouncing back ideas constantly and molding a track into a finished piece was a really rewarding experience,” states Goldlands.

Always assertive in musical decisions, Godlands’ steady flow of releases builds upon a solid reputation as an intriguing new artist, who keeps delivering the goods. More excitedly, she will be delivering at a secret show in Los Angeles on March 19.
