    hernan cattaneo

This week's mixes include Hernan Cattaneo b2b with Nick Warren at ADE, Bobby Pleasure for Fabric and Echonomist for Melodic Therapy. Hernan Cattaneo b2b with Nick Warren for Free Your Mind Festival at ADE. Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren's mammoth 6 hour set was recorded live by BE-AT.TV at Amsterdam's Thuishaven venue on the outskirts of the city. The pair seamlessly went through numerous progressive house chuggers, collectively controlling the energy with a masterful precision. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1FLxJJ_hAtk&t=2061s Echonomist for Melodic Therapy. Greek artist and Upon You Records & Aeon Audio regular, Echonomist provides a mix for the latest Melodic Therapy podcast. Keeping the grooves rollin' throughout, Echonomist blurs the lines between house and techno with his unique and twisted take on both genres, dropping a combo of acid-tinged and melodic numbers. [advert] Kirk Degiorgio for Dockyard Festival at ADE. As part of BE-AT.TV's ADE coverage, this video stream of Kirk Degiorigio's set at the Dockyard festival is an excellent 90 minutes of groove-heavy techno. There's a greater emphasis on the machine funk in this mix, as Kirk Degiorgio drops percussion heavy tracks, keeping the BPM's slower than many techno mixes but the energy and vibe is present throughout. Bobby Pleasure for Fabric. Serving as a prelude to Fabric's 19th Birthday celebrations which took place over the weekend. Curator of the Needs Not For Profit label and collective, Bobby Pleasure provides a set for the Fabric podcast series. Mixing through a discerning selection of deep grooves, electro, breakbeats and jackin' house.
