Police Rule Out Criminal Suspicion in Avicii’s Death

Police in Oman investigating the death of Avicii have announced that no ‘criminal suspicion’ took place in the 28-year-old’s death.

“Two postmortems were carried out,” the Royal Oman Police told CNN. “We can confirm that there is no criminal suspicion in the death.”

The dance music community has been paying homage to the well-respected DJ/producer ever since his death was announced last week. Acts like Alison Wonderland, Mike Posner and more paid tribute to Tim Bergling, aka Avicii, at Coachella this past weekend.

In Stockholm, fans gathered at the city’s public square to honor the late DJ.
