  1. For starters, Charlotte Puppinck has an amazing voice I was seriously blown away when I heard it at first! “Mars” is a new single from French artist Valy Mo, who recently released his EP via Tchami's Confession imprint. The eerie future bass jam has a major House influence that jumps in and out of the The post Valy Mo – “Mars” (ft. Charlotte Puppinck) [Free Download] appeared first on EDM Sauce. Source: EDM Sauce
  2. The newest member of the OWSLA family, Ekali, has proven himself a breakout force this year. The Vancouver-based artist has not only released several explosive collaborations with Denzel Curry, ZHU, and Quix, but has also successfully launched his Awakening mix series, along with a fantastically-curated Triple J Mixup 2.0. Now Ekali hopes to share some of his successive accomplishments with novice producers looking to start out in mixing. The producer took to his social channels with a six-track edit pack filled with mashups and other DJ tools that he’s been playing with in live performance. The standout track on the pack is Ekali’s “Neverbloom” mashup, which combines RÜFÜS DU SOL’s hotly-remixed ballad, “Innerbloom,” and Flume’s future bass anthem, “Never Be Like You.” The entire pack is available for download here. 3. Enigmatic talent CARLYLE has been on the come up in 2017. With a heavy bass house influence, previous releases like “That’s The Sh*t” and his resurrection of Rob Zombie’s “Dragula” have seen him garner a fair amount of attention amongst the dance community. This time teaming with the dance label Uprise Music for his latest original, his new single “Cut Them Shapes” is a wobbly bass house inspired tune reminiscent of other rising names such as Gerry Gonza, Bijou and more. Featuring dark vocals, a signature and energy driven house percussion line and crazy deep bass lines to drive the track with each kick, “Cut Them Shapes” is another hit from this creative rising house head that is not to be missed. 4. Don’t you just love the current wave of stream-friendly music being released? It has become pretty prominent as the year has trickled along. I.Y.F.F.E is one of the many artists that has evolved his style from trap into something that people might find even more enjoyable these days. Commercial music currently comes in more ways than one but two things are crucial: there must be vocals, and usually the lengths of the songs are less than four minutes. I.Y.F.F.E’s futuristic offering “Change Of Heart” featuring Bluff checks off both of those boxes. Bright chord progressions and the deep arpeggio bass make for a fitting build up into the catchy drops. To stay up to date with new music from I.Y.F.F.E, follow him on Soundcloud and Spotify! 5. Here’s an artist that I thought deserved some extra attention. In an online world filled with mountains of submissions, Andres Sierra recently sent in his latest single called “Why Do I (Still Love You).” Standing out from the rest, this is the final song to complete his album called House Arrest and it’s full of mainstream elements. Ultimately, I found the vocal melody and rhythms to be super enjoyable which brought me to decide that this is a unique talent to watch out for in the upcoming year. The song bounces along with a poppy, anthem-like acapella that elaborates into a story. Often times we find ourselves falling in deep and undeniable love towards another. All together, still wondering why one can make us feel this way. For more music from Andres Sierra follow him on Soundcloud and Spotify! This article was first published on Your EDM.
