    TRINIX – Blind Love

TRINIX are a French duo that have been featured in the past and now they have returned with something special. Winter is approaching, and their latest title “Blind Love” is perfectly chilled out for the season. The execution from these boys is always on point, so as usual, they delivered tip-top quality music. Enjoy this calm, yet cheerful combination of soothing sounds. Classic melodic structure and tempo flow together with the unique vocal chops. The catching piano chords and acoustic guitar are what set the tone, making this song a dreamy charmer. Make sure to follow TRINIX on Youtube and Spotify. This article was first published on Your EDM. Source: TRINIX – Blind Love Source: YourEDM
  4. Today’s daily dose of Kygo comes in the form of “Permanent” with JHart… The 7th release from the producer’s forthcoming album Kids In Love finds its groove as part piano ballad part chillwave dance beat. Of course, nothing lasts forever but this is the kind of melodic tune we could listen to again and again and not mind. “Permanent” joins a solid roster of collaborative singles from Kygo, including the title track “Kids In Love” featuring The Night Game, “Never Let You Go” featuring John Newman, and “With You” featuring Wrabel. This Friday we’ll finally have a full listen to the album in its entirety… Make sure you check back for updates and peep Kygo’s Kids In Love tour dates below. 5. Throughout the entirety of his career, Frank Ocean has solidified his standing as one of the great creatives of the twenty-first century. A recluse in his demeanor, the artist’s driven home increasingly compelling conversations in R&B and pop music alike, centered around creativity, sexuality, and the importance of identity through his few artistic deliverances. Now, relatively fresh off touring Europe and the US with his intimate shows in support of Blonde, Ocean unveils a new visual document. Much like his 2017 counterpart to Blonde, a magazine entitled Boys Don’t Cry, Ocean shares an exclusive 32-page photo essay in Vice’s i-D. The pages echo the importance of the artist’s support-system and give thanks to those who aided in his realization and attainment of his creative dreams. “You can answer a lot of questions with ‘Yes.’ But you can answer many more with ‘No.’ No is run of the mill. Yes is a gem. Whenever I feel alone I watch live television, something about it being okay on their end makes it okay on mine. Onstage one in-ear is my mic feed and the other one is a Tim Ferriss podcast. I go long periods without talking but I raise my voice when the people on the phone are in loud places. I’ve never given my fans nicknames because the ones I think of are embarrassing. I’m world famous. I had peace in my twenties. Big Pharrell praying hands those weren’t mutually exclusive. If you want to make your 30s sound appealing just mention ‘sexual prime.’ Re: the photos… as Karl Lagerfeld would say they ‘came to me in a dream.’ Summer two thousand and seventeen. We leaned into it. Bananaberry flavored candies at the bottom of the cup. I’ll never know why or what’s with campouts for Szechuan sauce at McDonalds. But I’m way into it. Issa Dreamworld. If you liked two thousand and seventeen then you’ll love two thousand and eighteen.” – Frank Ocean Via: i-D Featured Image via Frank Ocean Read More: Reigning Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton is working on new music with Frank Ocean Frank Ocean drops new song ‘Provider,’ says ‘there’s more to come’   Source: Dancing Astronaut

  7. Love Recordings is a Swedish tastemaker label that has just dropped a noticeably large debut release from locals, Polarbearz. For their first single titled “Recognize,” the two producers have featured the young singer Angelica Larsson and it sounds epic! Throughout the song is a reverberating foghorn and futuristic traits that combine for a mainstream product. What I enjoy most of all is the repeat-ability of the track. These artists have figured out how to make high quality dance music and are closing out 2017 with a bang! Follow Polarbearz on Soundcloud and Spotify to stay updated! 8. Here’s an artist that I thought deserved some extra attention. In an online world filled with mountains of submissions, Andres Sierra recently sent in his latest single called “Why Do I (Still Love You).” Standing out from the rest, this is the final song to complete his album called House Arrest and it’s full of mainstream elements. Ultimately, I found the vocal melody and rhythms to be super enjoyable which brought me to decide that this is a unique talent to watch out for in the upcoming year. The song bounces along with a poppy, anthem-like acapella that elaborates into a story. Often times we find ourselves falling in deep and undeniable love towards another. All together, still wondering why one can make us feel this way. For more music from Andres Sierra follow him on Soundcloud and Spotify! This article was first published on Your EDM. 9. Fresh from their Bali event which saw UK house titan Duke Dumont take over the decks at the luxurious Mrs Sippy bar, boutique crew For The Love have announced a stellar line-up for their upcoming Melbourne throwdown. Tropical house don Thomas Jack, Sydney hitmaker Hayden James, Touch Sensitive, Dom Dolla, Airling and Lastlings are just a few of the acts that will be hitting the Riva Amphitheatre in St Kilda on February 17. Plenty more local selectors will be announced soon. As usual, there’ll be plenty of gourmet food and drink for you to sink your teeth into as the sun goes down. Capacity is limited, so you’ll want to snag a ticket soon if you want to be a part of it. Tickets are on sale now, and keep across all of the event details here. For a little taste of just what you’ll be in for, check out their Bali aftermovie below. The post For The Love drop a killer Melbourne line-up appeared first on inthemix. Source: Junkee

  12. Rowpieces is back on Liquid V with his second EP for the label, and he pick’s up where 2015’s sublime ‘Brazil Calling’ left off.. 5 brand new productions that sound like classics from their very first spin! A mixture of instrumentals and vocal led tracks this is the sound of a producer making music he loves, and this is evident from the depth and emotion present in his music. Teaming up again with Elliot Chapman on ‘After The Break Up’ Row gives us the type of track that put the Liquid in Liquid D&B – smooth vocals and bags of soul that set the tone for the collection. Whilst a new name for some Rowpieces has been perfecting his craft for the past few years, and as well as excursions with the V family, he’s also released on Good Looking Records, Phuzion, Fokuz, Creative Wax and Jazzsticks amongst others. Describing his music is simple, no matter which style or genre, it is all driven by Soul, Funk and Jazz, and always sophisticated..
